- Max. Age is 45 years old (1,2,3,4,5), and max. Age is 35 years old (6,7,8).
- Min. 10 years managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group (1), min. 8 years managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group (2,3), min. 5 years managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group (4,5), min. 1 year experience in established palm oil plantation group (6,7,8).
- Min. holds Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (1,3,5,8), Chemical (2,4,6,7).
- Having knowledge in Plantation Business Process.
- Expert to Operational control, Maintenance & Troubleshooting Mill Plantation.
- Able to communicate in English (English literate) & Computer literate.
- Workbase at Palm Oil Mill (Sumatera & Kalimantan unit area).
